Christina Aguilera to perform for “So You Think You Can Dance” fundraiser

November 29, 2009 by Sherry

Christina Aguilera has a fundraising gig coming up which will help underprivileged people work towards becoming professional dancers. Nigel Lythgoe, Adam Shankman, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Katie Holmes founded a charity organization called Dizzy Feet Foundation to support dance education in the U.S. for those who can’t afford it, and their first fundraiser is going to be Celebration of Dance on Sunday night in Hollywood at the Kodak Theater.

Despite the fact that the tickets only cost $25 (for basic guess access) to $200 (for full VIP access with champagne reception), the event has some big name performers, including Christina Aguilera. I wonder which song she’ll sing and if there will be any dancers performing a routine while she sings!

I love when Christina gets involved in charity events!

I’ll be sure to check around tomorrow to see if I can find any video footage of Christina Aguilera’s “Dizzy Feet” performance.
