Christina Aguilera to retire from music scene

Could this be true? I was reading through my favorite fan forums and this seems to be a hot topic!
Will Christina Aguilera retire from the music scene after she has the baby?
Personally, I don’t think so. Why should she? She can maintain a low profile a few months (even a year!) after giving birth but I can’t see her totally removing herself from the music scene. She seems to be someone who loves her craft so much.

No, I don’t think so too. She loves music. Like you said, I can see her taking months or a year or two off but I don’t think she’ll leave.

This poor girl hasn’t been able to slow down for a minute from the first time she hit the stage.
The timing is perfect for Christina to step away from work and enjoy the next couple of years with her family. With time to reflect back on her career and draw inspiration from this very special time in her life, I predict her next gift to the music industry will be a critically acclaimed monster that dominates the adult contemporary charts, and takes her one step closer to the title of most popular female artist of all time.
